Fiberglass bathtub leaks around drain only when someone is in the tub. Replaced plumbers putty seal around drain and still it leaks. Could the tub need additional bracing beneath to prevent the tub from flexing?

Outlet has no power. Checked breakers, GFCIs, light switches. Out of ideas for how to trace this circuit. I think it’s dead in the wall. Any ideas to try?
