Describe this pure chaos in 3 words

So i was working on my beziers, and Premiere just created this movement between two identical keyframes, they are both set to 15 degrees. For some reason it changes right in the middle and goes back to 15. Is there any way i can solve/prevent this? (Sorry if this was already asked)
