Spending large amounts of time in Zone 5 on harder runs (for me). I’m 25 years old and male. Garmin says my adjusted Max HR is 203 since my fitness age is “18”. Training for a half-marathon and I don’t want to hurt myself. Heart rate was in Zone 5 (>182) for 20 minutes of a 29 minute run.
