I need help with my quest

So I finished all of my normal quests 1-57 at least that's what I think is all quest for the plus plus dlc included but I don't get new detective quest because I still have only 14 avaliable and finished them all but there has to be more quest because the treasure guy won't give me the last treasure card so please help me if you know anything
