How to fight Glitzy Bones

Just wondering how to fight Glitzy Bones in Lord Enmas Palace(past) in Yokai Watch 4? It won’t let me fight him and since I’m playing in Japanese I just have a rough translation of ‘Come back when you have acquired more power’. I heard it’s a great way to grind exp for ++ quests.
