Every Disney character is transported to W40K, can they bring happiness to any part of it?

Can all the combined Disney characters take over any part of the W40K universe? If so, how much of it can they take over? All the Disney characters are told in advance where they are going and what the goal is, can they make a slice of the w40k universe happy?
