Possible overtraining with these numbers?

Like every 30 year old male on the planet, I took up running.

I’m doing this 3 days a week.

I’m also continuing my gym routine which is 4 days on, 1 day off.

This has resulted in only 1 full rest day in the last 30 days.

Whoop Coach is telling me I should be doing 1 full rest day every week.

Thoughts?
