FMC falls down steps and wakes up missing years of her life

I began reading a book absolutely years ago and have wanted to finish it ever since!

All I can remember is the fmc falls down some steps (outside ones?) hits her head and wakes up to a completely different life

I remember she took a basket of pastries(?) into work and nobody wanted them from her and she realised that nobody actually likes her anymore but can’t understand why

I thought it may be Sophie kinsella remember me but I’ve just read in the spoiler that it’s a car accident she is in so not sure that’s correct
