Sorry for bad quality

I saw this car the other day, I know the picture quality is bad but this is all I could get, it seems to be made of hard plastic body pannels, and seems to be electric, the suspension looked really flimsy, and it looked like a cross between a mitsubishi imiev and a peugeot 107 (this was spotted in france). Bonus points if you can guess what i am driving :)
