Community thoughts of AoS Spearhead?

Hoping to get opinions with potentially less bias than asking the Warhammer subreddit. How does Spearhead shape up as a game? I'm always wary buying into GW rulesets but the minis are beautiful as always and I've heard a lot of positive buzz on release.
