This is blatantly against policy, right? I'm not crazy?

So i am VERY sick today. But I had to come in because I have 4 points and can't miss.

So I came in, and found my team lead and told her im very sick right now and I'd probably need to be going to the restroom a lot, just so she knows where i probably am if she cant find me. She then looks at me with an annoyed face and goes "Okay, but it's getting taken out of your breaks." And walks off.

Shes been a team lead for years. I'd trust that she knows policy. But this is just blatantly against it, right? Should I talk to my coach?

EDIT: Thanks guys. I'll go talk to my coach as soon as I can. He's a nice guy so hopefully it'll be fine.
