Any advice?
So long story short I returned a Samsung tablet at the end of February to a VICTRA Verizon store.
I was still being charged for it so upon talking with customer service today I found out that Verizon is reporting I never returned it?
I gave all the tracking info to customer service from my receipt and they have 0 idea where the tablet is. The store is closed(relocated) and now I have no trail on who or what to do.
Anyone know what I should do?
