cranberry pills - gelatin?

hi y’all! i’ve been vegetarian for i wanna say 3 years now. but due to some medical issues i need to start taking cranberry pills, fairly soon… all of which (that we can find) have gelatin. the doctor said that i shouldn’t replace this with cranberry juice. does anyone know where i can find gelatin free cranberry pills within a day?
