FUPA swelling post-op
I’m 12 days post-op and overall very happy with both the results and the experience. The pain was manageable, but sleeping was definitely the most challenging part.
That said, I’ve noticed some swelling under the surgery line and can’t tell if it’s just part of the healing process or if the surgery didn’t fully address this area. To be clear, I had a “FUPA” prior to surgery but am trying to gauge whether this is as good as it gets?
I’ve read that swelling in this region is common, but I haven’t found much information about long-term outcomes. Does the swelling go away over time, or is this something I should expect to remain? I can clearly see a difference compared to before, so I’m not disappointed, but I would have loved for it to be even flatter.
Should I push for further lipo? I’d love some guidance!!
