What grocery has the best bang for your buck?

Canned goods, meats, veggies, etc. out of winco, Aldi, Trader Joe’s, Walmart etc. I’m about to do a big grocery shop and don’t mind going to different stores for better prices. Not sure where else has good priced groceries but if there is one, please feel free to let me know. Thanks!
