Heroic Hood of the Resistance Dropped by Black boar??? Worth farming?

So the guides i'm following says heroic hood of the resistance is the BIS for T1, I checked the site and it says it can be dropped by black boars, has anyone confirmed it? seems too good to be true. Unless it's like 1 in a million drop... Is it even worth trying to farm by killing boars or is it so unlikely that its not worth wasting time?
