What publisher/developer do you wish would be in charge of The Sims franchise?

Electronic Arts and Maxis, regardless of whose fault it is, have been making less than ideal decisions with The Sims franchise such as making The Sims 4, the most bare bones entry in the series, go on for 10 years now and releasing DLC after DLC with each one breaking the game even more, a cycle that seems to have no end in sight.

Project Rene that a lot of people were hoping would be the next mainline entry in the franchise seems to now be a multiplayer mobile game and there is barely any news on it.

With this being said, which publisher or developer do you thing would be a good choice to carry on the torch of The Sims that you would want to see developing the mainline entries in the series?
