EMDR as a disabled therapist

I'm strongly considering getting trained in EMDR starting in February, but I realized I should make sure I can utilize EMDR while being physically disabled. Would having limited arm/hand use limit my ability to do EMDR? Can it be modified? I have someone who can help set up equipment. Anything else I should consider given my mobility issues?
