Anybody know how to get cloud saves working between 2 devices (linux + windows)?

Just installed repentance on my new linux laptop assuming cloud saves would work fine but when I booted it up the save seems to be from like 3 weeks ago. im unsure as to how to sync both saves so they seamlessly transfer progress to eachother when used. Anybody else had this issue and solved it?
