What should I do?

I (F16) have developed feelings for this guy (M18). Now here’s the thing he graduated last year. Now i’m not trying to get into a relationship just yet, it’s too soon and I know i’m still “young”. My friends put me down for liking someone older than me especially since he’s a graduate. He’s not in college at the moment since we work together at the same company and he has way longer hours than me so I know he’s not doing anything college related. I just want other peoples opinions since my friends aren’t helping..

I genuinely like this guy, he has almost same interests as me, to me he looks so pretty. In my eyes he’s amazing.

and I’d love to get to know him more but i’m a PUSSY and i’m too afraid to ask for any contact info, but the whole age thing also comes to play in that part. I feel like he’d find it weird if a 16yo asked for an 18yo number..even tho it’s like a 2 year age difference I think?? (2006/2008 I’m assuming..)
