Spotify help!!

Hey yall here on my spotify it says my phone cannot control my account. I want to play songs on my phone I cannot even access my Playlist I can only edit it. Unless I connect it to my laptop where my Playlist will show. I tried to find ways to fix it but I have found no luck. I've tired uninstalling the apps and unlinking my phone but no use. Any advice is helpful!
