Thoughts on AI as a SysAdmin

So I am a system admin with 5 years of experience managing windows devices mostly using SCCM/Intune but I was always interested in Automation, hence I learned PowerShell to automate routine tasks and I was able to automate a lot of things sometimes very complex processes as well and later I started managing Macs as well so learned Shell scripting to automate macOS task.

Recently I expanded my knowledge and started using logic apps and azure runbook to create advance workflows like offboarding process from updating a ticket to delegating access to changing direct reports and I think the next steps can be using AI agents or something similar to further automate things.

Can you guys share your thoughts on this or if you are already using something similar can you please share it as well.
