What should be our next phone system???
We're currently have an Avaya IP Office system which has worked reasonably well for us for 10 years plus but it's getting long in the tooth now. Our support partner is now shifting their clients to 3CX or Wildix - as a subscription model where they can get away with it.
We have 200 extensions - 180 physical extensions which need to remain physical and 20 remote software users.
Does anyone have any systems they can recommend to throw into the mix? We need call recording and decent wallboard/reporting functionality which the Avaya doesn't do without third-party apps.
The subscription model doesn't appeal to us at £9 per user per month - FOREVER!
