Attitudes towards people with limited mobility - a psychological survey

Hi, I'm conducting a survey for the final part of my Psychology with Counselling degree. This survey explores attitudes towards people with limited mobility and how it is affected by demographic factors such as education level, age and time spent with disabled people. I aim to have around 120 participants, it is all anonymous, so if you have time, please take part. It should only take 15 minutes.
