MacBook Pro Viable?

Hey! I’ve been an off and on streamer for about 8 years and don’t have much of a setup anymore, sold my PC and got a MacBook M1 Chip Pro for work and was just curious if a MacBook would be a viable option of using SLOBS with a capture card to stream say, PS5 games, I know MacBooks are powerful but are they THAT powerful?
