Went to Flemming’s the other night and had the absolute best bone in Rib Eye I’ve ever had in my life. It was buttery tender the whole way through, it had a light crust on the surface and, was seasoned to perfection. How can I achieve such steak like this at home. Is it about the cut of meat OR the way it’s cooked? Where should I go to get a good piece of meat like the one shown?
