NKD? Unsure about this one.

So I just got this in the mail. I don't know if anybody else has gotten a hold of it, but it's the Bob Lum tanto Blade HQ exclusive.

I got it because I have always wanted one of the Spyderco tantos that they made briefly a while ago. Haven't been able to hunt one down on the secondary market so I thought I would grab this one. Now. It's not bad but honestly, when I got it in hand it's like somebody got a Cold Steel tanto and slapped a spider hole on it. Don't get me wrong, I have several Cold Steel knives and absolutely love the ones I have, but they're a different animal than a Spyderco say Shaman, Bodacious, or Paramilitary 2.

It just doesn't quite feel like a Spyderco. That being said, most of the ones I have are straight up designs by them. The only one I have that is a design collaboration is the Smock. Now. I absolutely love that one but maybe that's a one-off.

Will I keep it? Not sure. Anybody else have any experience with this knife or thoughts?
