I don’t understand solarpunk fashion.

Sorry for my misunderstanding, I'm new to this genre. I'm fascinated by both the aesthetics and the politics behind the Solarpunk movement. I noticed that the fashion inspired by it often comes from traditional Middle Eastern, African, Native American, Pacific, and Latin American clothing. Are there also clothes or aesthetics inspired by other cultures, like European or East Asian? I might be wrong, but could you please explain if my observation was incorrect?
