No Music in current save Help

So I have an extensive mod order, mostly graphical (1427) and if requested I can get it for you. However the situation is as follows, I heard music for the first couple hours then one track was on repeat for 2+ hours before I finally got sick of it and removed all of my modded music in an attempt to fix it. Now literally nothing plays, I tried running REsaver and cleaning the file and still nothing. I booted up a new save and INSTANTLY music started playing. So clearly something is wrong with my save and somehow the music tracks got fucked up somewhere but I have no idea how to fix it. All my other sounds work, including sounds from other mods like Valhalla combat, immersive sounds etc.
