Question about salary rate.

Hi, I just wanted to ask if 31.50 USD/hr is enough for me to live in Louisiana?

I will be migrating solo in Shreveport and this is my first time to go out of my country, I am afraid that my salary won’t be enough.

I will be working 12 hours a day 3 times a week.
