Getting paranoid about my new flatmate

Just moved into a new place with a really nice dude. Unfortunately my brain has jumped straight to fear. I'm scared he'll attack me, I'm scared he has cameras in the house etc.

Any advice or support? I'm on medication so it's more manageable
