San Francisco dispensary shooter identified as Cheasarack Chong, 34, of SoMa District

On Jan 27 he shot up the dispensary Vapor Room (is a dispensary tho) wounding the owner severely and then walked into an apt complex nearby and was shot dead by cops after a four hour standoff and subsequent gunfight.
