Just got stuck in a Waymo in glen park

Just needed to rant. I ordered a car to pick me up on a backstreet in glen park, and the car immediately got stuck trying to take a left onto diamond st (near the library). It panicked, blocked traffic, and after three minutes I told it to pull over.

The car then took a right and drove another two blocks, while a customer service agent (with bad reception) put me on hold on and off for 10 minutes. She kept telling me to add a stop to the route, but the app wouldn’t let me.

To top it off, they still charged me 15 dollars for driving me 4 blocks in total. I cancelled and jumped in a lyft, won’t be doing this again for a while.
