Buds 3 & Rewards Points

In my honest opinion the buds 3 doesnt have the best audio quality and feels so light like it's cheap plastic... I should have gone with the pro version...

What are your thoughts?

Also since Feb 6th I haven't received my rewards points, has anyone got there's?
