She won’t start

Hey all. I’ve recently been chopping my interceptor and am finally at the stage of finishing it off. Yesterday I had it running after hooking all the wiring back up, this morning after taping and zip tying the harness out of site it decided to not start again. I’m just getting a single click then crickets, after that I need to pull and reinsert the main fuse in order to try start again, then It’s either the single click or the starter will try to turn over but with no luck. I’m at a loss.
