New Downtown Restaurant/Bar with Cheap Eats, Sports, Dancing for Regular Joe's

I hesitate to post about a new restaurant and downtown in the same post — both topics tend to stir up a lot of negative emotions from our resident pessimists — but I think Lucky’s Bar & Grill is exactly what downtown Rochester needs!

• Designed as unpretentious spot for "Regular Joe’s"
