Limousine drivers

Hi, I recently encountered a numerous numbers of limousine drivers that are very unskilled drivers that shouldn’t even have a driver license I could give you at least 5 different occasions that happened this week alone ( 1 of them was almost fatal) but thankfully nothing happened. Is it just me or do you guys also see these wild limos (don’t even let me start with the delivery bikes)
