Need advice

My Prius has been getting lower gas mileage for about 8 months now. It does have a refurbished hybrid battery from green bean. I also don’t drive very far per trip, anywhere between 3-5 miles typically on relatively flat ground, and I drive it 2-3 times a week.

I recently took it in for oil service and they gave me a laundry list of things that need to be done, but I am worried they are just nickel and diming me. Obviously, I will take care of the brakes. I am wondering what, if any of this stuff, is necessary. Little background, the car has around 145k miles, it’s a 2007, I have always done services on time and tried to take care of all issues as they pop up. I’ve never had this many service items recommended at once, though. Please see the attached photo.
