Toyota Prius 2008 will not start

Hi all

I had my 2008 prius for repairs due to issues with the ventilation heating system. However now when I turn on the car, it will not start. The dashboard lights up as in the picture, with the light for the 'gears' blinking. The start button lights red instead of green. It shows that there is no gas, but I know there is.

Also, the door looking system seems not to be working properly and it reacts differently than before. For example, when I open the door the car starts to beep even though the key is not in the ignition. Previously it would only beep if the key was still in.

Anyone who knows what could be the issue and what to do?
