How are you getting sleep?
I’m 36w and my anxiety is so high, making it extra difficult to sleep 😭 what is helping you get some sleep?
I take a relaxing shower, I’ve got the pillows, I’m not eating before bed, I’m got my Tums, I was taking half a Benadryl for the past couple nights but that hasn’t really helped. I took a Unisom once and it made me extra groggy/ anxious the next day — I might try to just take half, but I’m scared to 😩 …I do some deep breathing before bed to try to relax. What else can I try? My doctor mentioned anxiety medication, but i don’t know about that either.
Any advice on sleep or how you manage your anxiety would be so nice 🫶 thank you.
