8 Weeks Pregnant and Struggling: How Do People Have 4-5 Kids?**
Hey everyone,
I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant and honestly, I’m finding it really tough. Between the nausea, bloating, constant fatigue, and mood swings, I’m struggling to keep up with my daily life. The feeling of tightness in my abdomen is a constant reminder that things are changing, and not always comfortably.
I’m 31, almost 32, and I can’t help but wonder if my age is making this harder. Is it normal to feel this overwhelmed? I see people who have given birth to 4 or 5 children and I can’t fathom how they did it.
On top of the physical symptoms, I’m having a hard time feeling like myself. I don’t look my best, I don’t feel like myself, and it’s hard to feel normal. It's bewildering how some days can feel like such a struggle, making me wonder if there's a light at the end of the tunnel.
Is there anything to look forward to over the next nine months? Any tips for getting through this rough patch would be greatly appreciated. Just looking for some support and maybe some hope that things will get better.
