Most Underrated Pokemon?

Everyone knows how practically every pokemon (baring most legendaries) is in Radical Red, and tons of pokemon got some nice buffs and changes, from stat boosts, redistributions, type changes, and new moves and abilities. Everyone also knows about some of the big hitters of radical red (most of the pseudos, lucario and volcarona, etc.), but I want to know what some of the more underrated and under-appreciated mons are? The hidden gems, the overlooked and overshadowed, the unexpected run savers and MVP's.
