Locked—Please Help!
I was scanning through the games in my PlayStation five library and I came across alien isolation which I had in there for a while now. Unfortunately, I did end up deleting it and when I went to re-download it I saw that there was a little lock by the yellow game pad. Now what I’m trying to figure out is how exactly am I able to play the game? If it says I should be able to get it through my game pass but it’s not letting me. I try to restore the license like some people said to do, but this game and a few others that I have in my library are not pulling up. Another example is Friday the 13th the game. I have been really wanting to play that and I want to download it. Yet, I found that it was the same issue. I cannot download it because of the little padlock there. I’m especially butthurt because I really wanna the Jason game but it’s giving me problems.
What can I do? :(
