Playing cards education

I'm really interested in getting into collecting playing cards but I don't know how to learn about them. Is there anything I'm missing that could educate me more on history or valuing cards? All I know that I can do rn is watch what is sold on eBay, any articles/blogs, and reading what people say on Reddit. I'd love to dive deeper into the history of some of the different decks and things I just don't know how to get information. I understand that it will come with time just wondering if there's anything I can do to broaden my sources of information. Thanks
