help!!

i’ve had this plant for probably 2 years and i water it once a week. normally it gets droopy like this if it needs water but it’ll spring back up the next day after i water it. i’ve watered it but it’s been droopy for a week and the leaves are getting brown and crunchy :( idk what the problem is bc it’s never done this before
