I have two plants I’m wondering about. Seeming unhappy.

This first picture, I do not know the name of the plant. But sometimes a leaf with turn gray and fall off.

The second picture. My rattlesnake plant. It was doing good for so long and now that one drooping leaf won’t go up.

They both get watered once a week. They both are on a shelf that has an artificial light over it for 8 hours. I also have a west facing window that doesn’t get tons of sun but not zero sun either.
