Pixel 8 battery

I am getting average battery life on the pixel 8. Still 20% is left and could go for 1 more hour probably on the battery saver. Problem is only with Meta Apps like Instagram and WhatsApp. What the hell is running in background? I've tried putting it on restricted... But no change.
