Full PC new pc building incoming. Upgrading from a 1070 Ti. Is the 4070 Ti good or do I wait for the GPU stock to sort itself out?

So I’ve had my pc for a lonnng time. Built in 2018. Now looking to upgrade pretty much everything (keeping my Corsair Crystal case though) Everything I have for my build list I’m happy with - pc part picker is happy with what I’ve selected. But obviously with such a shortage of GPU’s I’m limited to what I can get. As the title says, I’m coming from a 1070ti, and I can only get my hands on 4070ti. Is it worth getting it or shall I wait for something better? I’m really out the loop of what’s good right now. Any advise from you would be great.
