Permanent account limitation for "sexual services" apparently

I haven't the foggiest how they've come to that conclusion. I don't sell sexual services. I just have a Patreon linked to my account where I sell (fully clothed!) selfies and photographs. Does anyone know how I can appeal this? No luck with automated customer service chat and automated voice call earlier on today.

Please help. I have money stuck in PayPal limbo which I could do with withdrawing.
