Coming to the country

Hi, I would like to visit Pakistan with my parents. We are Canadian citizens but my mom was born in India and my dad in Sindh Pakistan ( pre partition) we wanted to visit Kartarpur sahib, nankana sahib and Lahore. From my research it seems like we can get a Sikh pilgrimage visa online. So I would like to know if we crossed from the wagah border, how we would travel to the three locations and back? We’re Sikhs btw
